Best vent shades out there?

I was wondering what everyone thinks are the best vent shades. My main thing is I want them as close to the truck as possible. I dont think they look that great if they stick out too far. Thanks for any help you can provide.

AVS, or auto vent shade seems to be the best and most popular around. I will say they have the best for 92-96 and even older. They come something like regular and low profile, I think there was a choice there.

I've got Auto Ventshades and am happy with them, they are less bulky, for lack of a better word than some I have seen and do the job and look solid and are sturdy.

Ventshades are ventshades. They all go on with the same 3M tape. Installer matters alot more than what brand you use.

Thanks for the replies guys. One more question tho, would the stick on ones stick out more than the in-channel ones or are they about the same? Thanks again for the help. I know this is a small matter but I dont fell like spending $40 and not be happy with them.

Vent Shades

AVS. Seems to be the best with the most options available. My advice, check with an accessory shop before you buy. I bought mine at a local shop, had 'em installed, and paid less than I would have at AZ or Advance.

I've got Weathertech inchannel vent shades....they are thicker than any of the vent shades I've seen....they install in just minutes and they dont require tape or glue that'll come loose in a few years....I've heard of people's concerns of wind noise with this type of vent shades....I did experience a little wind noise for a week or so...then the window seals formed around the shades...now no noise, just a cool look......They are available in two tinted shades...I opted for the darker tint...I think they're the best out there....

Thanks for the replies everyone, they were very helpful. I ended up buying the AVS in-channel ones for $38 online. Hopefully they arrive quickly even tho its been raining for almost a week and no end in sight.
