I also got the clear coners also off of Ebay. If you check "F150" there has been some listings for clear tail lights for $60.00!! I just got mine the other day, but got screwed alittle on the shipping ($15.00). But I still saved a bundle. I got tons of stuff for my truck from them, so great deals if you bid on reputable sellers.

By the way folks,

If you see a seller on Ebay "Wee1" selling billet grilles for $55.00 on 97+ F150's. DON"T BUY THEM!!!!!!!!! They are pieces of crap!! They mount to the stock factory grill using zipties and they dont fit the curvature of the grill correctly. I ended up throwing it in the trash. BEWARE!!

 

I can second that!!!! Stay away from that guy.....I got mine from ATDMOTORING...the guy was cool, and shipped right away.

Neither I or my friends have had problems with the cops yet on the clear lenses. It seems cops in AK are crazy about tinted license plate covers and will nail you for a $60.00 fine.

 

Not torain on anyones parade, and this probably doesn't apply to the guys in Cali., but Clear signals, fron or back are illegal in Pennsylvania, and will NOT pass inspection. They must have what's called "REFLEX REFLECTORS", meaning the red in the rear or amber in the front reflectors. I've never wacked anyone for it yet, maybe because I want them, can't enforce something I want to do!!! Just a heads up guys. Check you local laws, or know an inspection mechanic.

I too bought mine at autodynamic for $29.00 and am very happy with them. The previous post was to be a little more gentle. I didn't want to "rain on his parade" either.

In Pa, you need "Probable Cause", to pull a vehicle over, Meaning, you need a reason. Well, thos lights ARE as much Probable cause as hitting a pedestrian. With out getting into detail, you would not believe the DUI's and Drug arrests I alone have made, let alone other officers, out of traffic stops for stupid "INSPECTION VIOLATIONS". My point only was to keep an eye on your inspection laws, though I also said I've never cited for it!!! I wouldn't want to spend a couple hundred bucks on lights, lifts, tires, ETC.. and find out I can't drive it because it won't pass inspection. ROBBERIES AND CHASES don't happen 24-7, we get bored sometimes.

My POINT< JUST BEWARE, nothing more than a HEADS UP!!!!!!
