Nice piece of work!

Post the pics of the waving flag. That sounds like a big job. Maybe you could take pics while you build it. That would be very helpful to those of us with ten thumbs...

Trade secret I have done several base color ones and got good at them so I decided to try one different. It came out good. I will make some more when I get some more emblems.

Maint. officer huh. I was a crew Chief on the f-16 at homestead and Kc-10's at Barksdale. Get back with me in while and remind me you want one. I am still perfecting my tecnique to get them right every time. They are time consuming to do. I have a red one on e-bay now done in e4 wich is your color. E-mail me.

Ive been having trouble making my own. When I heat up the gel to take it off it takes the ford letters with it, plust the chrome cirlce around the ford is inside the gell coating. Do I just have old emblems. Where can I get some that work good?

Thanks
Tom

By the way that looks great.

Ah yes I have encountered some of those. The ford part is an embossed piece of aluminum that is glued to the plastic chrome base. Those wont work You need a newer style that found on the 98--03 f-150's I think. How old is the one your messing up,hehe.
let me know if I can help with any thing else.

thanks that helps

I ordered these

The ones I messed up were from a junk yard. Probably older than what you said. I hope my new ones are good.

Thanks
Tom
