M3 style mirrors with the LED's ?

Hey guys,

I have been wanting to update my truck with those M3 style mirrors that the LEDs in them that are blue during driving but the amber lights come on for the turn signals. Finally found a place that sells the ones that are power (most of them were manual, which were no good to me) The price seems all right but not sure about the co. They seem to cater to ricers more but have a section for F150's. Anybody bought or heard much about this co. called Erebuni ??? I attached the link so y'all could tell me watcha think. Thanks !

I must say, those are pretty cool looking!!! Have not heard of the company. Wonder if the mirrors are just "plug-n-play" or if you have to do some splicing. Keep us updated if you go with them.

Erebuni has been around for a while, however, I do not know anyone that has bought from them. They carry some nice appearance stuff for about any car out there.

I am pretty sure that Pilot makes those mirrors. If you don't want to deal with someone that you have never bought from before, I am sure you could find those mirrors from someone else.

Thanks for the replies guys ! They seemed like a pretty good company and they have exactly what I'm looking for. Plus, the price seems to be right on with some other co.s that I've checked out and those werent even power mirrors. I think I will take the plunge and order 'em. I just hope they are a plug 'n play type of hook up. Thanks again guys

Shoot - I was going to ask if you were going to paint them to match the truck, but I see you have a black truck. Showed the mirrors to the wife and she really liked them, but thought I would have to have them painted white, which means more $$$, which she was not happy about. Make sure to post pics so I can sell her on them!!!!!

power wiring instructions?

Has anyone tried these yet? I installed them on my 97 but can't get both motors to work. I can get one or the other, but not both and there's no instructions.

Hey guys, sorry to leave this thread hanging but I decided against buying these mirrors. I had just heard too many horror stories on fit, wiring , etc. Everytime I called there somebody would tell me something different. I know that the mounting plates for these are different on the S'crews on top of everything else. I hope you get it all worked out and let us know. Thanks guys

I have been thinking about buying new mirrors for sometime. I even ordered some from stylinconcepts.com, that were like that but I cancelled the order when they had a problem with shipping it somewhere other then the billing address on my credit card (which I understand why). They took the money before they shipped it, or even planned on shipping it, but they were helpful and got my money back. I eventually ordered some other stuff from them, but I will keep you all updated as I get my new mirrors. Maybe next pay period.

Careful, those mirrors have an exteremely small surface area, especially compared to the stock Mickey Mouse units. They look better, but from a functionality standpoint they're a little lacking.

How about a group buy on Muth signal mirrors? I know it's on the wrong side of the mirror, but it may be another option.

I had a set of these on my 97 Ranger. they were manual and had the carbon fiber look.

They looked pretty good one the dark blue truck. wiring them up wasn't too bad. i didn't know if the neon would stand up well with the quick on/off of the turn single, so i wired to parking lights.

the fit on the drivers side wasn't perfect, needed some spacers to fit.

Also, they weren't sealed very well and let water in around the light after a few months. after a few more months the light on one side was fried.

SS Sport Mirrors

I bought a set of SS Sport Mirrors from stylinconcepts.com
i havent put them on yet(well just for a test fit)im waiting for them to get painted.....

they looked really good when i was test fitting them, they fit outstanding

they only downfall is the shipping cost from stylinconcepts......
from ohio to ny a 3 lb package cost me $17. my family owns a business www.nthcoast.com and we ship 20lb packages to CA for that much.....

power mirror wiring instructions

Does anyone have wiring instructions for the M3 style power mirrors? There are 4 wires for the motors and 3 wires in the Ford wiring harness.
