Recommend a 4-channel please.

Bout to start putting together a simple system in my '05 Scab. Got Infinity Ref 6832's to go in the rear doors, and bout to order Infinity Ref. 6820 comps. for the front doors. Looking for a 4-channel amp to drive them with. Will be using a Pioneer HU to control it all.

6832 RMS = 2-60W MAX=180W

6820 Comps. RMS=2-90W MAX=270W

I want to stay around the $150 mark for the amp. I'd like a fairly compact model as well. I'm thinking 40-60W RMS amp.

Whadya'll think?

Thanks,

David

Here is a pioneer amp that meets your requirements

http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...+GM-6400F.html

This is the one I have

http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAu..._KAC-8404.aspx

I'm sure someone else will reccomend other, better brands, but they both are 4 channel under 150 with between 40-60w

I've been leaning toward that Kenwood 8404. All the features are great and so are the reviews. I think it's gonna be hard to beat for the money.

Nice truck, BTW. Same color as my '05. I got Dark Charcoal on the rockers though.

Thanks,

David

Little bit more, but small and more power. I think if u underpower those speakers you wont be happy. Id be looking to give them closer to 100w each rather then 50. Always better to have more power on tap.

Hey guys. Thanks for all the input. I ordered the Kenwood 8404 Sunday morning. Should be here later this week.

Thanks again, I'm sure I'll have install questions for you all.
