alright got the amp kit all wired. Found a huge grommet right under the drivers side and ran it under my plastic door jams or whatever you call them. Only thing left I have to do is wire up the LOC. I have absolutely no idea where to start, what to do, and how to do it. I've googled a whole bunch of stuff on it and was not able to find anything helpful. Anyone got any tutorial or could take a minute and explain it to me? Thanks.

1) Pull out the factory radio and look in the radio harness and find these wires.
LR Speaker (+) GRAY/LIGHT BLUE
LR Speaker (-) TAN/YELLOW
RR Speaker (+) ORANGE/RED
RR Speaker (-) BROWN/PINK
2) Get some t-taps from the local stereo shop or Radio Shack and tap these four wires. (you could also strip the wires back a little and solder the leads of the LOC to them)
3) Put four male quick disconnects on the leads from your LOC and plug them in to these wires...making sure to keep polarity correct.
4) Run RCA's down the dash and under the door sills like you did the power wire and connect to amp.
The reason I say to connect behind the radio is because if you ever decide to put an aftermarket radio in the truck, you wont have to re-run your RCA's.
This might be as clear as mud to you, if so I appologize. Let us know if you have any more questions.

Thanks man, I'll pick up some t-taps tomorrow and give it a try. Only question I have is: there are no markings on my LOC box for what they represnt. It has 5 wires. I'm guessing that I must run my remote turn-on to the back of the HU as well? Does anyone know what these five wires each are? I'm guessing a +/- for the LR & the RR. But the fifth? Thanks.

Yeah I had a chat wtih the ccity guy and he explained all the wires to me on the LOC. He said the ground wasn't necessary on the LOC. Do you agree? I'm going to pick up some t-taps in the morning and finish up the install finally.

It was a success! Got it all working on my first try, no mess-ups. Thanks guys for all the useful information. Thought I'd post a pic of the install and then once my amp arrives I'll snap a pic of the finished setup.
I ended up t-tapping the wires. Just waiting on my amp to arrive since I ordered it online. Got the Kicker ZX1000.1 to go with my 15" L7 in a ported box. Decided not to get the CompVR's because I got a good deal on the L7. Should be loud
