Looks great man. Glad you were able to get it done. There is a special sense of accomplishment when you do a system by yourself and it turns out exactly how you want it. Also, glad we were able to help out. Anytime you need a question answered, dont hesitate to ask.

Mono means that it (the amp) only has one output...not necessarily that you can power only one sub...you can hook up multiple subs in series or parallel depending on what you have, their power requirements and the output of the amp...Hope that helps.

Got the CVR10 with the box for $189, and the ZX400.1 for $179. The reason I got the amp pretty cheap was because they have discontinued that particular amp and have a redesigned 08ZX400.1. Still the same model number, but just a newer version which I think is going for about $299. It is stable down to 2 ohms, so as long as you don't have your system wired where the impedence is below that, you can hook up more than 1 sub. If you are running 2 subs off of it I would recommend something with more power than 400watts. Maybe the ZX750.1 if you are looking to stay with Kicker. Otherwise, there are lots of threads where other guys with experience have made recommendations on good amps. Good luck.

Looks great! I'm going to be adding amps to the rear wall sometime soon as well and have a question: I haven't spent much time in the rear seat area (just got my '04 S-Crew 2 weeks ago) but with the addition of the ply and amps, does it affect the rear seat back at all? Is there room between the seatback and the wall? If I remember correct, mine looks tight!

There is enough room behind the rear seat for both the plywood and amps. When you take the seat back off you can tell from how for the cover sticks out in places like over the seat belt retractor that it is deep enough to fit behind there without any clearance issues.
