Up for another question.........How many layers of deadener are you guys using? I was just gonna use two because I think I have enough to do two layers without buying more.:o

Is two enough? I also was planning on putting the carpeted wall covering back up when I was done, and cutting out where I have the amp. Any comments on that?

Back wall= 2layers
roof= 1 layer
floor= 2layers
doors= 2 layers ( 1 on sheet metal, 1 on door paneling)
also 1 layer behind dash and a few other dash panels.
and as far as the carpeting, its up to you. it would look more stealthy/clean with it but I left mine off' cause I tore it getting it out.

Commandment #7 in car audio installation......"Thou shalt not tear apart your factory equipment while trying to install upgrades!"

Man, I went halves with a local buddy on the edead and don't think I will be able to do as many layers as I wanted but I will keep rolling until I can't roll no more.
