Stereo system NOOB questions...

I rewired it tonight in parallel to make it run at 2 ohms. Then we put it in my buddy's truck with a 350 watt (I think) Sony XPlod amp in it and that thing THUMPED LIKE A ****!!! I gotta get my shiite together and get a couple of amps in my Heep!
