Grounding in a single cab?
Never trust a seat bolt for ground see the "noise" thread in the "other audio category" Scrape the paint off a solid metal surface and use a screw or nut and bolt if you can get to the underside.
Right now its to the left of the pedals. In a single cab there isnt much room to ground. Its either keep it where its at, drill(really dont want to do) or use one of the seat bolts. Also where can you buy an ohmeter and how much does it cost?

You can get a multimeter (voltmeter, ohmeter etc) at radioshack, home depot, lowes, pep boys, etc...
As nothingbutaford pointed out, you may experience some ground loop issues with the seat bolt. If you don't want to drill another hole and you do have noise on the seat bolt, you can get a ground loop isolator for $10 or so at any electronics store. Drill the hole if you can.

I grounded mine where those plastic screws are in holes in the frame under the carpet by the drivers seat, and ran a nut bolt through it with the ground wire. Then ran the ground wire under the plastic paneling that pops off, and covers the edge of the carpet and door.

I've got both of my amps grounded to the seat bolts. One to the drivers side right rear bolt and one to the drivers side left rear bolt. Was sure to take an air tool type paint removing tool and remove all paint to a nice shiny surface. I placed the solid brass terminal directly on the surface of the metal floor and then placed the seat right on top, then the bolt through the seat to secure.
I don't have any noise. At least that I can hear.
Do I need to make any changes???
I also have my some of my rca's ran next to both of my 8 gauge power wires. They are heavy shielded from KnuKonceptz.
