Smile where to mount my amp?

I ordered A Hifonics Zues Amp it is is 55X4 channels at 4 ohms, and I want to use it to bridge 2 channels and run them to a sub ( thinking one 10" Rockford Fosgate HE2) that will fit right in my Ext. cab behind the driver side seat where the smaller portion of the bench flips up. Now will I be alright putting the amp under either the driver side seat or the passenger side seat. Is there anything i need to know or am I golden.
Oh yea and the other 2 channels of the amp are going to run to component speakers that i plan on adding in the near future. Probably power the mids off the amp and the rear factory speakers and tweeters off my kenwood head unit?

Will it all work out or will the amp heat up or cause and problems under the seat. And can I bridge 2 channels and then run the other two seperate?

Thanks for any and all replies

I would not recommend this setup...your not going to have enough power for the sub. You can mount the amp under either seat.

you dont think it will push enough to the sub?

220 watts will be pushed to the sub, you dont think that will work out? I hope it does because I already ordered it all. Thats 220 watts to the sub at 4 ohms.
