Sunroof

I have a sunroof on my 2015 F150. It was leaking inside. Took to dealer. Drains clogged. They cleaned them out. Today I tested it in heavy rain to see if it worked. I noticed water coming in at spots on both sides of sunroof into the gutters. It didn’t get into truck cab. But I panicked when I felt the water in sunroof gutters and saw water coming in thru sunroof and quickly moved truck into the garage. I am still trying to dry out a soaked interior. So I don’t know if it would have drained out if I just left it. I understand sunroofs are designed to essentially leak and drain. It seems like the amount of water I saw coming in was a lot, even though it was a heavy downpour. Again it didn’t make its way into the cab. Is it normal to see a good amount coming in and into gutters?
Update: noticed that the headliner is wet and started dripping.

No. I don't think it's normal at all for a sunroof to allow water to get inside the cab, which is the case if your headliner is wet. I would think that would cause the headliner to become stained. I think you should take it back to the dealership so they can make it seal properly. My sunroof has never leaked.

I agree, not normal for water to get in past the sunroof AND soak the headliner. My 2017 had a leak that was diagnosed as a crimped front drain tube. It was fixed and had no problems afterward.
I did notice during hard rain the joint in the panels would drip a small amount of water into the drain catch rails that emptied into the drain lines. Never had a wet issue despite the heavy rain.

About a year ago, the sunroof made a loud cracking noise and stuck partially open. I fussed and fiddled with it and got it 99 % closed, but not enough to keep water out if it rained. It stayed garaged until I got a clear day to head to the dealer. They replaced the broken roof rails. They are plastic and do crack as evidenced by the fact that they had several in stock and fixed it while I waited.
It leaked a bit after that, so I took it back. The mechanic said the rails were installed a bit to low and didn't allow the sunroof seals to seat properly. He messed with it for about an hour and it's been fine ever since.

I tell you this not because that may be the problem with yours, but more to give you additional information when talking with the dealer about the extent of the leaking you are experiencing.

I'd also check to make sure the seals didn't move. I had this happen on my 2007 Jeep Compass a few years ago. It mystified me until I spent a few hours fiddling with it.
