The pussafication of pickup trucks

Obviously at my age all these luxuries are a new fangled invention.
I drove before power anything, almost everything was an extra.
Anyone remember the vacuum windshield wipers on the early 60s vehicles. You had to carefully measure going up a hill in the rain. Too much throttle and the wipers stop, too little and the car stopped.
With all that said, my trucks have gotten increasingly more gadget equipped.
It really does make sense if another person drives it. My current truck takes all your personal settings and memorizes them. If my wife has been driving, I no longer go through the ritual of adjusting the seat, mirrors, steering wheel, etc. I just get in a push "1" and it moves to all my settings. She gets in and pushes "2" and it moves to all her settings.
nice stuff
EDIT:
Hey, I just noticed there is a "3" for settings. What is Ford trying to tell me? Hum?????

Oh, hell - who needs vacuum windshield wipers? Let's bring back the ones that had a handle that extended through the windshield that you operated by hand. While we're at it, get rid of the electric starter and bring back the hand crank. And, "real men" know how to use a manual choke and spark advance too. They also know how to shift transmissions that don't have synchronized gears too.

Hell, this damned Platinum does everything else why not squeal on me about the mistress on setting number 3? Isn't that what voice activation is supposed to do?
I might need that manual choke J&J talked about just to keep the truck quiet.

Oh hell, now I'm thinking I have to trade my 2014 Platinum in on a back to the past un-pussafied truck!

With 4 wheel drum brakes, a small 6 banger. 0-60 time is maybe if there's a long downhill grade.
