I just purchased a 2015 Ford F-150 Platinum about 3 weeks ago and yesterday i pressed the 360 camera button and noticed that my front camera is not working, a blue screen is all that displays. There are no error messages or anything, just an entire blue screen. The 360 view that displays on the right-hand side of the screen shows both side views and the rear view but the front view is just black.

Has anybody experienced this before? I have no idea what to look for/try to fix it.

Had a similar problem with my 2016 Platinum about 3 months after I bought it new. Dealership did a software update and it's been perfect ever since.

Yeah, I noticed that people are getting these? What are they for?

I've never had an issue knowing where my front bumper was.
