2016 Platinum LED Foglights???
2016 Platinum LED Foglights???
I'm sure this had been answered but I can't find the answer. I have a 2015 Platinum and of course it just has the regular fog lights and they don't match the head lights. Is this different on 2016's?
Thanks
Thanks
Jason, nope still using the stock yellow halogen bulbs for the fogs. I'd like to change mine out as well...but not really interested in the expensive, overly bright ones I've seen on the web. Most of them look way to bright to me and I don't' want to be irritating other drivers. Would like same output, just white to match headlights rather than yellow...
This is what I used. They're really close to matching.

Do yourself a favor and look at buying the LED fog lights from 4x4truckleds.com. They are a bit more spendy than those cheap eBay glare throwers, but they are high quality and come with a 2 year warranty. I have all 3 sets of them installed in my f150, and am quite satisfied.
The ones I put in are fine- no more glare than the crappy halogen ones. Now they are not bright by any means, can't even tell if they're on or off when you push the button. But I couldn't with the factory lights either. I just wanted them to match.

They are bolt in, and plug n play. No modifications needed. You just have to check polarity and push the pins into the plug in the correct polarity.
