2" or 2.5" Leveling kit - Reprised

I know there have been hundreds of posts about this here and on other F150 forums but I was hoping to narrow it down to specifics.
I have a 2015 F150 4x4 scab with 6.5' bed (had only a couple of days) that I want to put a leveling kit on. I am only interested in Auto Spring comparisons please, I had one before and was happy with it. My main question is profile difference between 2" and 2.5" kits. I have seen pictures but they vary over the final results. I have seen 2.5" that look low, level, and nose high. 2" that look very low and some level.
One thing I haven't seen is a direct comparison of the effect of engine weight on different kits. I have the 5.0L which is significantly heavier than the 3.5 or 2.7 EB. That would have some bearing on final front end height.
I frequently haul around 1000# in the bed and tow about 4000# occasionally including trailer. My current body heights at top of wheel cutout are:
rear - 40.5", front - 37.5". This looks like a 2.5" should work fine and leave a slight rake. My goal is to have a slight to level rake with minor effect from towing/hauling. Maybe a rear added block?
I appreciate any experience you have about this, I am trying to eliminate guesswork and having to re-do the installation to get it right.
Thanks again.

1500 lbs in the bed.

I would stick with 1.5 inches if I did anything.

I think there are variances in the trucks when they are stock. I have looked closely at a few 2015's at the dealer and even though they have the same "Package" the fronts vary slightly in height. My only assumption was due to them having a different motor, but then I found to 5.0's with the same weight package and configuration and they varied close to half an inch.

They were all on a flat lot, so I don't think where they were sitting made much of a difference.

I'm sure they sales guys thought I was nuts out there with a measuring tape, but at least family worked there and know I am sane.

In the end, if you're putting that sort of weight in it on a regular basis, I wouldn't go larger than a 1.5" with the measurements you provided. If you're going to add a block in the rear, you could obviously go larger, like the 2.5".

I'm also having issues with leveling kits. I recently ordered a 3 inch for my 2010 xlt 4x4 but after researching I realized many people have said to have issues with the 3 inch causing too much stress on the front end components and most people say never go above 2.5 but then I heard something about the 2.5 and 3 inch kits have the same size spacers? Could anyone help me out with this ? Thanks.

Dont know about the f150 but on the tundra if you go over 2 inches you have to do a differential drop to keep all the angles in the driveline right.
