Forged internals for 2016 F150?

Anyone know a good site that sells a set of forged internals for 2015/2016 F150 5.0. I'm getting rid of my Powerstroke and looking to have some fun with a gas burner. Looking for a reliable company that sells a set of forged internals, pistons, rods etc. Thanks all.

Check Out Livernois Motorsports.

Modular motorsports is another good source.

All of the big piston makers have Coyote forged pistons.

Or you could go all out and buy a Edelbrock blower Coyote.

Or just get a Ford racing aluminator crate engine. They sell it in 3 different versions, a low compression version for boosted applications (9.5:1) and a standard 11:1 version and the A50XS with cnc ported heads and a cobra jet intake and is rated at 500+ hp. They all have mahle forged pistons, manley h-beam rods with arp 2000 rod bolts and a billet oil pump. You can also get them as a short block.

people are putting 600 hp thru a 5.0 with no problems. why do you need forged?

you can walk down to the dealer and get a new Roush f150 600 hp 5.0 f150 with a warranty.

or get a kit for your 2015. if speed was my goal and i didnt have a truck, i would have to have an aluminum body f150

I definitely plan on going past 600 hp. That's why I want to forged the internals when I get the truck.

People complaining about horsepower always kill me... you all realize that most over the road 18 wheeler heavy trucks don't have 600 horsepower, most have well under that

Yes, but remember the old saying: "Horsepower hauls ***, but torque tows." With big rigs, horsepower doesn't matter as much as torque. And almost all have four figures worth of torque.

The newer (2015+) trucks have the second gen coyote and they have stronger internals than the first gen (11-14), they're not quite forged but they are better. Throw a billet oil pump on it and your safe to 1000 hp.

If your still intent on forged, the ford racing crate coyotes are based off the second gen now. They stopped production on the first gen in 2015 and sold them all, and now they are all second gen based.

What exactly does one do with 600 horsepower in a pickup truck? Other than hit every gas station they pass?

I've driven mustangs and camaro's at over 100mph and it scared me to death, I could not imagine something like that in such a top heavy, not well handling thing like a truck, with such big tires

Lol my 1 ton went 130mph without any intent of stopping with them twin turbos. Racing trucks is the ****, especially had a blast with my 1 ton, going around a turn on the edge out of control and passing a guy in a challenger, best feeling ever. Anyway you either have it or you don't.

What are your plans to get over 600 hp?

What part of the country are you in. PSI here in houston does custom turbo systems.

Personally I would get a 2.9 whipple, enjoy it at the 600hp level and save up for a built motor and trans before i cranked up the boost.

If anywhere near crazynips house, go do a John Force burnout simply because you can

As the saying goes , the first automobile was built for improved transportation, the 2nd was built to outrun the first.

Hey guys thanks for all the great information. Another quick question and I do appreciate it, if I opted out of getting a built motor for the time being, would the stock motor/tranny handle a Roush phase 2 supercharger? This week I'm looking at a 2017 F150 currently so I'm curious.
