Correct part # for O2 sensor. 

Hello, need a little help on a part number for the upper O2 sensor both banks. 2010 5.4. I have seen different numbers with date references. On door manufacturing date is 6/10.

Or, just go to Tasca's (or any of other of dozens of Ford dealer's) website and you can look it up...

If there are different date references, a call with VIN will get you the right parts.

FoMoCo part web sites provide for inputting VIN as part of the search criteria.

O2 Sensors for 2010 F150 5.4 with manufacture date after 2/10.
Motorcraft Sensors
RH upper 8F9Z-9F472-D (DY-1165)
LH upper 8F9Z-9F472-E (DY-1166)
