2014 F150 FX4 Front End Popping Noise

Hey guys, looking for some guidance here as I am out of ideas at this point. For the last 2 years, my truck (2014 F150 S'Crew 5.0L) has made an awful popping noise in the front end when i fully turn the steering wheel, whether it be left or right and slowly drive forward or in reverse. This week, i finally took it into a mechanic friend of mine and he has since replaced the upper control arm, lower ball joint, sway bar end links and the sway bar bushings. He also installed a set of the Bilstein 5100 shocks in my truck (front and rears). I just picked it up and it is still making this awful noise but the weird part is that it doesn't happen every single time i fully turn the steering wheel. I also noticed that i can hear a little bit of creaking / popping when i turn the steering wheel just sitting still in park.

I am aware that there are quite a few threads on this same subject but most of them never come to a conclusion or they say to replace parts that i have already now replaced. Based on the information above, does anyone have ANY idea as to what might be causing this? It's driving me insane!

Thanks!

You may be looking at taking it to a Ford dealer for a thorough front end inspection. You have electric power steering, things are a bit different than they used to be.
