Long Crank Time

My 2011 F-150 5.0 Supercrew has suddenly developed long crank time/hard start issue. There is a service bulletin out on it. What is the corrective action?

My 2011 F-150 5.0 was doing the same a while back, but only after refueling. Seems that I was over filling (topping off the tank) and the vapor canister purge valve had failed (stuck opened) so it was acting like it was flooding. I replaced the purge valve and stop fueling after the first shut off. No more hard starts!!
