clutch pacs problems / TSB bulletins

I been reading alot of post from ford forums about the problems people are having with clutch pacs where there getting vibration and shutter when turning the tire in either direction around the corner, theres thousands of them.
Has ford ever took responsibility for anything,is there a TSB Bulletins that anyone has found where I don't have to replace clutck pacs at $1350.00
Between clunk (spline) when stopping and starting and rear end, ford is getting sloppy,I bought my truck new in 2009 and only have 58,000 miles on it,these ain't small problems when your paying $41,000 for a ford truck
It's 2016 and I am still reading the same problems guys are having as the one's above.I wanted to trade my truck in for a new one one but now I'm not so sure.If anyone knows if there is a TSB let me no.
Thank's

Is that 1350 for the dealer to replace the clutch packs? Before I'd spend that much, I would just get a detroit tru-trac unit and have it put in. The tru-trac is a geared posi design, no clutches to wear out and is a much stronger unit than the factory piece.

Change the diff fluid and add a bottle of Ford friction modifier.

Dealership quoted me $3000 for my 07 rear end. I agree with the tru trac. But would opt for a mag hytec rear casing so you can do oil changes without having to reseal the cap every time.
