Grinding Noise From Front Passenger Side

Hey all. I just recently purchased a 2013 F150 Lariat with the Ecoboost engine. Truck has 71,000 miles on it. When i test drove it at the dealership, i didnt notice anything wrong. Literally a day later i started hearing this grinding noise from the front passenger side. It seems to be in relation to the brakes because if I start to hear the noise, ill pump the breaks and the noise will subside for awhile. The noise usually reoccurs after I have come to a complete stop and get driving again. Any ideas?

Wear scratchers - they chirp when driving but stop when you hit the brakes. Have your brake system inspected by a professional.

So did some further digging and found out that the brake pads are always compressed. Is the caliper seized up? Are the brakes rubbed down to where the caliper overextended the pad and is now stuck?

Sounds like it needs a new caliper or brake hose. Are the pads worn out?
