Tailgate Hinge ?

Tailgate Hinge ?
2012 Ford F-150 STX
I recently opened my tailgate only to have the bottom come off
The hinge (rubber or plastic) hinge was gone on both gate and truck
It must of fell off prior cause it was metal on metal
I called the dealer they keep sending my a congested parts diagram
All I need is the rubber or plastic hinge pieces for both the truck and
bottom of tailgate
Any one have this issue prior that know the parts

I must be stupid, but I cannot visualize what you are describing. My tailgate doesn't have a "bottom" section that could "fall off" that I'm aware of. And, I don't think there is any plastic part in the hinge.
There IS a plastic spacer around the latch pin that extends from the sides of the bed, is this what you are talking about? When one of them broke in my old truck, I simply replaced both of them with metal spacers that I bought at ACE hardware.
Unless someone else understands your problem, a picture of the part or the area where it is missing from might help greatly.

The Bottom hinge not the bottom of tailgate
there are (2) hinges on each side metal sticks out
there is a rubber boot that goes over them onto a
rubber boot that goes to the truck
When you open your tailgate it goes down on the hinges
