Hi , I'm searching for the right rear platinum emblem for a 2012. mine was recently stolen ,,any insight to finding one would be helpful ,,, i just need the platinum emblem , not the whole panel ,, thanks

 

The "Platinum" emblem is not available as a separate part.

Yea , i know that ,,, i was hopping maybe someone had a busted molding piece an wanted to part with the platinum emblem ,,,, my whole back panel is in perfect conditions , an i refuse to pay the dealer 1200 bucks just to get the emblem ,,,,

I've read on a couple of the F150 forums that some folks are removing them.

Maybe put a Wanted ad in the forums....

 

I've seen them pop up on ebay and craigslist occasionally.

But you can also go hit your local junk yard and see if they have a truck you can pull one off.
