Speed limiter removal
Hey guys ive got a 2011 ecoboost that has tunes from 5 star on an SCT livewire. Tried taking the speed limiter off multiple times this weekend but as soon as it hits 100 it cuts power. Is there anything special you're supposed to do after setting the tuner or something? Thanks.

Get ready for the internet police to start the why do you need to go 100mph? 
Did you go in the setting and click no speed limiter? I remember reading a few months back that 5 star and another company made it to where you couldn't raise the limiter with their tunes. One way to find out is go back to stock then load up the canned tune and turn the limiter off and see what it does.
I have the limiter off on my MPT tune and turn it off with the 5 star tune also. Good Luck
