Talking need new chrome exhaust tip

I need to replace the chrome exhaust tip on my 2010 Platinum edition f150, it has the 5.4 engine.
Does anyone know the diameter and length of the stock tip?

Thanks, Phil

Why can't you just measure the OD of the tailpipe to get the ID of the exhaust tip?

BTW ... Would recommend replacing it with a stainless steel tip.

I did measure it with my calipers and got a measurement 1/10 under 3 inches.
Just trying to make sure I order the right size.

Outer diameter or diameter of where it clamps onto the exhaust pipe? Should be 2.5 or 3" (my 06 5.4 is 2.5") on the exhaust side and the outer part is exactly whatever you measure it to be. Length is also exactly whatever you measure it to be . . .

Also recommend 304 stainless. Chrome will just corrode and look like crap again after a while.

Plus the chrome "slip on" looks like a cheesy aftermarket bolt on with that huge bolt under there. One day I'm going to have a ss exhaust tip welded on and you can have my chrome tip. I've had two Platinum's and never liked how cheap that bolt on chrome tip looks...just my .02
