2012 f150 cargo light not working

I changed out my factory bulbs for LEDs. All worked fine for a day. All the others are still working except the cargo light. The brake light is working, but not the cargo light. I have checked the fuse labeled cargo light and it appears to be in working order. I also checked the voltage at the bulb and I'm getting nothing. I have tried the switch in the cab and even swapped it with a buddy's switch thinking maybe that was the issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Sounds as you need to start checking your cargo light wiring and/or connections. Perchance the LED itself.
