^ yeah, I agree. What I'm thinking is that the work may not have even been done the first time around... I mean, it was EXACTLY the same after I got it back the first time. This dealership is always scrambling to get stuff done and always seems to have a generally disorganized feel to it, so it wouldn't surprise me.
