REMEMBER ... If you have 4x4 and you opt to change the RAR, you will need a corresponding gear change for the front.

BTW ... The OEM 3.73 electronic locking ear axle that you're referring to is a 4x4 option and isn't full-time selectable.

I know it doesn't change the open diff, but it will keep the right wheel from "just spinning" as he describes the problem.

Its hard to know what exactly he is asking since his writing skills are extremely poor. But it sounds to me like he is having trouble with one wheel spinning loose with no end to it.

Actually, no it does much more than that. Traction control will apply the brakes independently at each wheel to counter loss of traction. Depending on the conditions it may also limit the engine power to help regain traction.

With the traction control on, it should be pretty much impossible to spin a wheel... as soon as it starts to break loose it will correct itself.
