Help with a change to my instrument display

I have a 2012 FX4. On the center of my dash between my tach and speedo, i usually have the numbers 6 through 1 listed vertically while in the fuel economy mode that tells me what gear the automatic transmission is currently in. For some reason yesterday, I noticed that feature had disappeared. I don't know what I did or why it is gone but I am trying to figure it out.

Does anyone know how I can get that back?

If it is a feature that can be enabled or disabled, it will be in the owners manual on how to turn it on or off, just like any other feature in the message center.

The + / - button also locks out gears, meaning if you hit the button down once the truck won't shift into 6th gear, or 5th etc.
