Just installed my stinger volt meter on my 2009.

Hey guys just wanted to put some pictures of stinger volt meter. Here are some pictures.I wired it to the trailer brake controller. The red wire is a constant 12 volt and the white and black stripe wire is a 12 volt ignition controlled. You just have to run a black wire to the fuse panel for ground wire. Here are the pictures of the gauges running and key on.

Why would you add a guage that comes on the factory cluster?

The reason i added a oil pressure gauge is because the one in the cluster is a dummy gauge. It is a pressure switch that closes at a certain psi. So it goes to the same place every time you start your truck. I just wanted to keep truck of it because oil pressure effects the timing on my truck through the vgt solenoids.
