What are these screw holes in the bed for?

2012 Screw, 4x4, 6.5' bed, XLT, Ecboost.

There are six pairs of threaded holes, one on each corner and one amidships on either side of the bed. The holes are spaced 5-6" apart. My google-fu is weak, what are these for? I imagine it's something available from Ford, but the only accessories I can find through the Ford truck site are bed covers and the like. I want to put a cargo rail system in it, and if there is a factory version available, I'd just as soon do that.

And if you know the answer, can you tell me what the thread pitch and diameter is? I will need to chase the threads with a tap to get the bedliner material out of them.

Down low or up high? Mine has tie down spots screwed into each corner of the bed about a foot or so up from the bottom.

As already stated, they are for the Ford cargo management system.

Not really. I have a Diamondback Cover tonneau cover which has two doors , front and back .The Ford CMS has a separator so I use that between the two sections so I have two distinct sections in the bed. Convenient for me.
Have you tried ebay ? Junkyards ? Since they dropped it I assume not too many were sold. Similar aftermarket systems ?
Mine is a 2009 with 6.5' bed .
