When ordering a 2013, do you get the incentives that are currently offered? or do you get the incentives offered when you take delivery in September? Such as the trade in bonus or the financing incentives.

Thank you!
Incentives are always those available when you take delivery, not when you order.

You are lucky, assuming the better were when you ordered. He did not have to. Only the current incentives are valid. That is all Ford will give him.

1 of 2 things happened:

1) The incentives actually improved when your truck came in
2) You overpaid for the truck to begin with, and the dealership felt the cost of honoring the earlier incentives were less than losing the sale. Basically, you paid enough to cover the cost of the difference in incentives.

As far as Ford is concerned, the incentives that you get are what is available at the time of delivery.

So, those are some solid changes. The lack of powerfold TT mirrors on the 2012's and before was a common complaint, I'm glad ford stepped up and did something about it. I always was intrigued by the MFT, I am curious to see if all of the bugs have been worked out. I think the Lariat grille is a step forward, and I think the XLT grille is a step back. HID's are a solid step. However, all of these changes just make me wonder what Ford has in mind for 2014/2015. All in all, a nice little refresh.

Also, for the first few months, I would not expect there will be much of or any incentives. Not on a new model. The incentives will be to get rid of previous model year vehicles.

The Lariat looks amazing. Does the Platinum also get those headlights? And what about the grill, does the Platinum gets a revised grill as well? I was ready to purchase a Lariat or Plat within the next three weeks but I'll just hold off a few months for this beast.

Now that is chrome I can deal with. Looks great!

I am however not a fan of the grille on the XLT. The FX4 has always been the trim level for me. I sure hope they gave it the same grille style as the Lariat instead of the one on the XLT....

I'd also be interested to see how that new blue looks on the FX4 with body color bumpers and the black accented lights....Im a big fan of that grayish blue Chevy has and I feel like this may be Ford's version of that color. Gonna have to check it out in person.

Man, I wish I was in the market for a new F150. These changes, though mostly minor, really take the truck up a notch. The , MFT, and power telescoping/folding mirrors are really nice additions. Plus, the grille on the Lariat looks great, as does the grey leather.

I asked my dealer this and was told (via email) that i'd get whichever incentives were better either at order or deliver. He knows i'll be buying with A Plan so its not like he's got any wiggle room on price to cover himself. I'll be sure to get it in writing though because I'm sure september incentives will be specifically targeting 2012 MY vehicles.

Does anyone know if the STX package will be available in a crew cab? I love the look of the FX4 package, but I really need a front bench seat. A STX Supercrew would be just what I need!
