Yup I went out and threw the tape under it and I think thats pretty much where I want to be... looking at the BDS... the only thing i'm not really caring for is the "Strut compressor needed" portion of the install... I'm gonna do it in the driveway... then run up to the Honda store and throw it on the alignment rack... (hoping I can slide it in when a buddy is workin) Otherwise I'll find somewhere to get it done... Anyone got any info on what the benifit is on thetwo peice with the preload spacer vs just a 2.5 inch strut spacer? or is that why some of the 2.5 kits say not for use on FX4 based models... too much pressure on the UCA?

as far as suspension goes fx4 = regular 4x4. only difference is a crappy set of shocks.

According to BDS:

This system includes a new upper strut mount as well as pre-load spacers. The use of a pre-load spacer increases performance in cornering as well as offsets the increase weight of larger tires to maintain a quality ride. Unlike most systems on the market, the two piece system does not max out the upper ball joints during suspension travel.

All I can say is the truck handles about the same (save for the extra mass of the larger tires) and rides great. I haven't had it long enough to substantiate the less wear on the ball joints.

2 1/2" front and 1" rear blocks from Rough Country. The front part is a b$tch!! I had to take the tie rod, upper ball joint and the axle nut loose to get the lower A-arm down far enough to get the 2 1/2" spacer and strut back in. This is where a spring compressor would be worth having!!

I have a 2011 F150 FX4 SCREW with the 20" wheels. I added a 2" Autospring leveling kit today. It sits almost level, maybe slightly taller in the front. Does anyone make a 1/2" block or ideally a block that is 1/2" taller than the OEM one? I think this would give me roughly 1/4" rake which would be perfect for me.

I have the exact same level kit and i dont think its necessarily it sitting nose high, i think its how little it makes the space between wheel and body look in the back. I too was wondering about a half inch block and am interested in one as well.

don't forget he's 4wd you are 2wd, so i'm sure height required to level is slightly different between yals trucks.

If you want to bring the back end up .5 of an inch from stock you'll need a .5 for the 2wd or a 2 inch for the 4x4 since it comes with a 1.5 stock... I think I saw some .5's on ebay... I know I saw a 1 inch...

Not true. Factory blocks on the 09+ are 1.25 inches.

I stand corrected... I haven't measured mine just going by the info I've read... but i've seen the 1.5 measurement atleast 15 times... I doubt this is true but I wonder if the US trucks and the canadian trucks differ by .25 inches?

The 08 and older had a 1.5 inch. All the 09+ 4x4 use the same block. I had this discussion 2 years ago with Marshall. He took the same pics of his truck (US MODEL) when he pulled his out. I used his dimensions to learn how thick I wanted to build my own replacement blocks. I couldn't find 2 inch blocks anywhere, so I built em at work.
