Well guy I was on the fence with this race red color, I am a red truck fan but this is a brite red almost a orange tint in it in direct sunlight. So today my wife and I went to a dealer out of town to pull my 2010 vermillon red truck beside the 2012 race red XLT and in direct sun the two colors were close, The race red was brite and shine more then vermillon red. My wife said the race red color seems to change in different light. She liked it better. It is something about taking pictures with a camera of that color because all the pictures look orange but in person it looks totally different, It looks (RED).. So race red it will be. Thanks guys for all the help!

I have been trying to rationalize buying another color, but always come back to red.

 

Yes you are right, I was on the fence about getting white my wife loves her white car,but it is way too many white trucks and like you said we always go back to red..

 

Red is the last color I would ever consider.








Good choice. I like the Race Red too even though I ended up with the Red Candy.

 

I have owned three red pickups, they are awesome! Look good even a little dirty! The new ford red seems too orange! If you go red do the candy red, may be harder to keep clean but it will look sharp when its clean!
