78K on a late model 2010 FX2 Supercab 5.4 here. Had the following issues:
-Leaky Third Brake Light (Fixed myself with some silicone)
-Rattling Passenger Seat (Pocket on the back as causing noise, placed my owners manual in there and haven't heard a peep since)
-Rear Window Rattle (I will be applying the felt strip and grease to seal once it's a bit warmer outside)
-Cam Phasers sound like a Diesel
The truck drives like new more or less. You can tell the transmission isn't BRAND NEW, but I drive ALOT and I drive aggressively sometimes. I've had the truck for almost 1.5 years now and put on those 78k on mostly highway.
The only thing that worries me keeping this truck for any more length of time is the cam phasers... also the value of this thing will continue to drop. KBB and NADA say it's worth 17K more or less. Dealer would only offer 14k when I went to look at a 5.0 Mustang. Will be taking it to Carmax to see what they offer this weekend.
If I cannot get out of the truck without taking a blood bath, I am not too concerned keeping it for another 70K. My mother has a 2003 Expy with the 5.4 and almost has 200k on the clock and still running strong.

2009 plat-68K as of 02.27.12
drive shaft shim kit-carrier bearing.
rear pinion seal kit
all new TPMS sensors ( new tires installed. tire dude had to hit one. so they replaced all 4)
power steering hose at 28K
need second replacement as power steering hose is again leaking, cant get one
*they are also stating hose not covered under warranty past 1 yr, 12K miles after install. i bought extended warranty - i explained bumper to bumper is out however it still has normal power train and whatever else until 100K extended warranty takes powertrain to 150 or 7 yrs. im sure that will cost me.
lower seat tract on passanger side for airbag light issue. still happens.
new keypad on door, all lights quit.
tailgate applaque seperation
factory battery failure at 20K miles. no warranty. replaced with optima red top, that i already had sitting on float.
transmission controll electrical head end entry. seal failure- just replaced last week.
i believe that is it. still runs great. airbag issue is still pissin me off however. might think about complaining to ford again. having to shut truck off and back on is annoying.
if i think of anything else ill let everyone know.

Reflash transmission control
Replace driver's side lower seat cover (three times back to the dealer before I told them about the TSB and they finally fixed it)
Leaking CHMSL and Satellite radio antenna
Replaced passenger side IWE

Had to add air bags to level vehicle when towing a 20 ft enclosed car trailer (7500 lb loaded)

65,000 miles 10 F150 King Ranch
The stitching in the drivers seat let go during the first week of ownership, covered under warranty
The rear clutch pack started to shudder and groan/howl in corners really bad 1000 miles before the warranty ended - covered under warranty
Just had my truck serviced today, was told that both from and rear calibers are causing uneven brake wear, apparently Ford recommends replacing them at 60,000 miles/100,000 km's. I'll wait until there are issues. Came on here to look into that "fact". . .
This has been the most reliable F150 I've owned to date. It gets some hard miles pounding down oilfield roads.

yea.. sounds like a lot.. small stuff. i would expect an early failure like the ps hose. well. they replaced it will a non redesign hose. They are checking on replacement being covered by Ford as that last hose could not have been a redesign as it was sitting in chicago parts distro.
everything else. is no big deal. except the air bag light issue. im bringing that up again as it happened 2x in one week. then nothing for the past two weeks.

j-dubb: You WIN with the most miles posted so far!
45k and the only issue is the driver's door being "over opened" and deforming the leading edge by hitting the door hinge channel. Body shop replaced both hinges with new OEM's but the very first time I went to open the door and test it, it nicked the paint on the leading edge, so I told the shop to grind down the U-channel and now there is plenty of room and never have to worry about that issue again.
