that looks about right. With x-plan, you avoid dealer add-on fees ($100 is total if I remember right). Some dealers try to tack on $500. Some may negotiate lower than x-plan , but they'll get their $$ in the end. So if you can swing those numbers you should have no regrets on pricing.

Well, if you're in Texas or Oklahoma, you can probably do better. Here in southeastern Pennsylvania, that's about as good as you're going to get. Seems like a fair price. Good luck with it, you'll love the ecoboost.

Its in Hagerstown,MD I-81 Exit 5. If you ever stop by the Dealership ask for Jack Harris. He is the man. Bought 3 trucks off of him.

Nice truck! I thought when you opt for the 0% financing, you lose the other rebates (it's an "either or" situation). Or is this different with X-plan?

Yes, that's what they said to me when I bought mine. I would have lost about 3k in rebates I think, so he must have too.

Yes, it's "either/or" on rebates, x-plan or not. You need to do the math. The 0% roughly saves $3,200 over prime credit and 5 years @ 4.9% (depending on how much you put down). The current rebates are $3500-4000?? So, take the money, refinance through a credit union for about 3.25% right now. You will actually save a ton of money maxing your rebates, refinancing, and making a few extra payments/ or making higher payments than what is due each month. Don't let the dealer fool you into waiting 91 days before refinancing. It's BS. There is no prepayment penalty. The 91 days is just so they get a kick-back from ford credit. Go in there one step ahead of them and watch them squirm. It's fun to call them out on their ways.

How can he do better? No one here is going under the x plan. The only thing they are making money off of is financing and holdback.

Check out Bluejay's very first post in this thread. He can't do better, but somebody in Texas sure as heck will.
