Great looking truck! Question for you, with your wheel and tire set up, would there be any clearance issues if you didn't have the front level kit? Looking to get the same size wheels and tires, although I will probably go with less/more of an offset so they don't stick out as far, but I dont have a leveling kit and don't plan on adding one. Any rub issues with the rear being at OEM height?

I would be worried about going with less of an offset with these tires as I think that would put them very close to the upper control arms. It might fit but could rub under load. As far as fitting without the level kit, I think you could have some rubbing on the inner wheel well liner and/or front bumper that will require trimming. The Nitto 305/55R20s are pretty wide at 12.6 inches for a 33-inch tall tire, so you might consider a narrower tire if you want to go with less offset and/or not use a leveling kit.

Nasty has the stock FX4 wheels which I believe are around +40mm offset, but he went with the taller but much narrower Nitto 295/60R20 tires and needed the leveling kit since the tires are fairly tall. Maybe someone reading this with the same tires on stock wheels can weigh in.

Nice! Cap looks good. Is that the same color as the truck or does it have to be painted? May just be the pics but the color looks a shade off

Actually, the color match is pretty good but somehow the camera picked up a slightly different hue with the flash. But to the naked eye the color looks right on.

Looks good! Looks like the fit of the shell is perfect. I did look at that one before ordering mine, but I was concerned the built in bars on top would hinder me getting in a garage that was 7' tall with my level and bigger tires.
Same with mine with the color in person is perfect, but in pics it looks different.
Looks real good, now I gotta get that light bar.

Desert Dawg, have you considered putting a set of color matched Bushwacker fender flare on your truck? I'm not much into aftermarket mods but the way you have your truck set up I think the flares would look great. The only other mod you need are color matched mirrors. I noticed you mounted a late model front air dam.

The Snugtop XTR Topper looks fantastic but at $3k it's a bit rich for my blood.

Thanks Westpoint; and as you say, the color match is pretty good despite what the pics show. I am really happy with mine too.

Hey shortride; yeah, I have not convinced myself that I want the Bushwackers yet but if I ever decide to lift my truck more I might really consider them. I am just not that much of a fan of the Bushwackers unless the truck is lifted. But I didn't mount a late model air dam since I have a 2011 model and the air dam is factory. Not sure on the PTM mirror caps because then I feel I need to do the door handles too!

Man, I don't know who quoted you $3000 for the Snugtop XTR as I paid $2000 installed which included the drop down front window, headliner, electric light with auto switch, and pop up handle lock. Still pricey but well within reason when compared to the ARE and Leer toppers but I preferred the styling and fit/finish of the Snugtop.
