will 09 up rear super cab doors fit 04-08?

well its probly a weird question but then again maybe its been asked before. i have an 07 F150 supercab and would like to get new front seats ( Corbeau BAJA XRS) but my stock ones have the seat belts built in. then the other day i was looking in my buddies Raptor and noticed the belts are now located in the rear swing out doors. they would be perfect for my truck when i got the seats because i wouldnt have to put a roll bar in it just to have seat belts. so does anyone know if they bolt right on? and will my interior door panel bolt on?

THANKS

it cool. just found belts Corbeau makes that bolt into the rear seat mounting hole. so no need for the 09+ doors.

Another poster said they are the same on all years of scabs:
Please read 05Reds remarks in second paragraph.

They are the same, but only on the scab (extended cab) models. The 04-08 reg cab and screw models had the shorter front doors, while the scab doors were longer. In 09 ford stretched the screw out 6 more inches and put the longer scab doors on the front. They also ditched the mini half doors on the regular cab and put the longer scab doors on them too. So now there is only 1 size front door no matter what cab style you have.

Not trying to start any arguments here, just trying to educate myself. I have a 2010 Scab needing a replacement rear side door. Wondering what years I can pick from as I found a nice 08 door locally.

They look similar, but they are not the same. Every body panel was touched. New floor pan. The only part that is the same is the roof. Ask Dearborn Derek.

Confirmed. Got the 2 side by side before I was satisfied as to why. They are different. Outer skin the same but inner door altogether different. Older door has no provisions for seat belt. Latches and handles mount differently.
OK, I'll shut up now.
