Pics of new 2011 Lariat

Well I'm back here in the sand box...it seems like the 12 days home was a dream...but I did get a lot done including getting my new 2011 F150 Lariat SuperCrew.

I posted about 38 pictures in my photo album "Molinoman's 2011 Lariat". Pardon the abundance of pics but I remember all too well trying to get an idea of what certain things looked like that I was interested in finding out about the F150 so I took pics accordingly in case someone else is interested in specific features...maybe they are in my album to give them a better idea of how they look or where they are located.

Here is the silver version:

The 5.0 engine:

Thanks for all the input that helped making my purchase pretty pleasurable as far as buying a vehicle is concerned.

i oddy like the blonde faux wood, its surprisingly appealing - very modern next to the silver and blacks

I like that interior wood grain. Much better than the old lariat one.

Very Nice! I've got almost the identical truck coming in Black. I couldn't decide between silver and black. Thanks to your pictures I'm second guessing my choice!

Sharp truck. Who makes the deflector?

I guess the quick reply didn't work. The deflector was a dealer add on, some of the ones that were on some of the trucks I didn't think they went well with the grill but this one seemed to blend in pretty good. I told them to take out the bed liner (I was getting a spray in liner) but keep the deflector on. I don't know the make of it...can't really look at it right now as I am back in the sand box.

Great looking truck! Thanks for your service. Have any aftermarket ideas in mind on what you want in the future?

Thanks for the comments, the young (and some older) guys in uniform are the ones watching your backs...I'm just keeping them in water to keep clean and flush toliets and such.

As for aftermarket ideas...other than possible replacement or cover up of the blonde wood panels (I wish it were just a little darker...and I may end up just leaving it alone) I hadn't given it too much thought. I had played around with getting the (made for Ford) rearview camera installed (with rearview mirror/view screen) but that was around $900 including labor...just might leave that alone as well.

I have already had a Superior spray in bed liner put in and the black diamond deck tool box and DUHA underseat storage put in. I am contemplating doing the alternate USB cord install so that I can keep an IPod in the glove box and out of site.

For what I bought the truck for...it is pretty well set up for now and I do not plan on any lifts or anything like that. If the OEM speakers deteriorate as has been mentioned on the older models I may do aftermarket speaker replacements but the stereo, after I adjusted it out properly, sounds pretty decent and I will probably leave it alone as well.
