Yes this is true but Ford doesn't take this kind of stuff lightly.after all the Dealership is a representative of Ford so what they do reflects on Ford.

I've been following both of your threads. I can only imagine your frustration. you've really had some bad luck with dealerships.

Well its official the red wings will be skating on my back seat lol. I have a frozen solid back seat, I'm gonna need to run the heater to be able to shop vac out most of the moisture, then hit the rest with a blow dryer.

Here's what happened to me after getting my windshield replaced on my lightning that I bought with 1k miles on it. Still keeps me up at night.



Consistent throughout the carpet.
