Parts Managers/OEM experts know what this is???

I've seen some kits for sale that say they allow you to fit 22" wheels on a 2wd. We all know you can fit them stock, but I'm wondering if the kit comes with struts that net you a lift and shocks are different from stock, made to work with the rear blocks it comes with.

The part number and description is below.

Wheels Suspension Kit Includes Front & Rear Shocks, Rear Spring Spacer Blocks, U-Bolts & U-Bolt Nuts. For Use with 4X2
Models.
8L3Z-3D008-A 2009 $391.64

Whatever it is, it is listed at Tasca as a suspension kit and cost is $147.84 with a retail of $192.00. Don't know why where you saw it, it is for over $300

so from Ford Accessories I see that the kit is this.

Suspension: Vehicles originally equipped with 17" or 18" tires require additional suspension
components. Suspension Kit service part 8L3Z-3D008-A includes each of the following
components in the required quantities.
· Front shocks (2 required); service part 6L3Z-18124-JH
· Rear shocks (2 required); service part 6L3Z-18125- JA
· Rear spring spacer blocks (2 required); service part 6L3Z-5729-CA
· U-Bolts (4 required); service part 6L3Z-5705-K
· U-Bolt nuts (8 required); service part W520215-S441

can anyone let me know if there is any difference in the shocks?
