I went to my local dealership without doing any research and had no idea what a good deal would be. Ended up buying a supercrew FX2 without haggling for $27,800 before TT&L

I got mine in may for 24,800 its a black supercrew and the only options that i got on it were sync, backup sensors and the front windows tinted. Just know that when u walk in the door they are in more need of your sale b/c they know you can find the same exact truck in 10 other dealers.

I of course want to spend as little as possible, in other words looking for best deals out there.

It looks like you made a good deal considering you bought back in May. I'm just wanting some info before I throw out an offer. I think my price should be better considering it's the end of the year. Just a thought......

rodolan, If you could look up what the invoice is and subtract the rebates, then post that here.

Everyone just reciting prices is just confusing things. Which is a better deal? $25,000? Or $29,000? The 25000. sounds better but what if it is on a cheaper model? And if there is a trade-in that would further confuse things.

No trade-in and I want the basic FX2 with msrp of 35800.

Build the truck on Edmund's and get the invoice price. Then subtract the Ford rebates and go from there.

When I build it, it shows 3500 in rebates I thought there was more. They show a lot more in incentives but it's a bit confusing as to which I should get.

I'm still shopping and the best I'm finding is 9500 off. Is the best that I can expect?

Incentives went up another $1000 in my zip code for 2010 F150 crewcabs from the last time I checked. 2010 Incentives used to be $3500. Now they are $4500.

In comparison, 2011 incentives are $1,500. That's $3,000.00 more off for a 2010.

(this is not including any of the military or police offers)

You can check the incentives here: http://www.ford.com/incentives/

10 to 25% off a MSRP was considered good. $9500 off a MSRP of $35800. is 26.53% off.

If it works for you, buy it.
