This may sound stupid but what are the blocks for? Why would some people take them out, and yet some people want them (aka "selling fast on the forum")??

Also, removing the blocks on a 4x4, does this impact smoothness of ride? Quality of ride? I know lowering most vehicles will make the ride bumpier and not as smooth as stock...?? Is this true on the F-150's too?

All the blocks do is raise the truck for added ground clearance. Removing them will not alter your ride quality since you're still using the same springs and shocks. It only alters the ride height.

Would I really have to move the leaf springs under the axle to install lowering blocks?
