Eh, well if the dealership will do it for free, I'll just swing by there.

Marshal, the dealership has my truck trying to figure out the traction control issue... And wouldn't you know it they assume I'm a DA, they have had it since 7am and call me just now at 330 and say " nothing is wrong with the truck, the light your looking at is the low tire pressure light." so I continue to explaito them that Im not a dumb A!! And had to explain it all over again. So frustrating. Anyways, I figure your dealership would remember you truck and the fix, so if at all possible, could you tell me the number for your dealership that fixed it so I can have mine call them, so they don't hurt themselves trying to learn something new....

Update... Dealership just called back and said the traction control is just doing what it's supposed to, that it's because of the bigger tires... Does that sound right?

to an extent thats correct, however it shouldn't be doing it so aggressively. sounds like your dealer is just wanting to bitch

i dont have a brake press, so they're just enough a pain in the *** that this will be the only one i will ever build. id be happy to sell it to you if you want, as well as the HID converted lights and their harness (you'll need to have some knowledge of electrics for the harness, i rewired it and its only 90% complete now) i since removed the lights and light bar for a different rout. if you're interested, message me.

I know this was very early in your mod process, but are you still happy with this key? Good quality? Thanks.

I got one about 5-6 months ago. Mine is holding up good. Only problem I had with it was the little screws holding the key in place worked their way out really easy so I loctite'ed them. Also, the lock/unlock symbols are wearing off more that I'd like to see.

Thanks, appreciate the response. Think this is a great idea, just debating whether its really worth it.

Mi e was like $60 from Artiway eBay, and I think it's worth it. Just a simple cool thing to have. IMO, I'd buy one again, and prolly will for my next vehicle too, just because they are cool.
