Arrow New Bumpers and Mirror Caps

Well i just got done installing my new PTM front and rear bumpers. I also got PTM mirror caps for my tow mirrors.. Still waiting on the new grille to get done at paint. I finished the install today while battling the rain outside. I love the new look, can't wait for the grille..

If anyone is interested in some chrome for there 09' or 10, just let me know..

Nice! Just how they should have come from the factory!

Agreed. I think that we should have a choice when building a truck what type of bumpers we want. It can't be that hard to swap chrome for paint when it's rolling down the assembly line!!

Definitely! One of the reasons I didn't go for the Lariat because you couldn't get the monochromatic paint scheme with PTM bumpers.

I think I want to do this to my Lariat soon. Where did you get the new bumpers and how much $$ into the two bumpers plus paint?

Well i ordered all of my parts through Tasca. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong rear bumpers!! I have the reverse sensors on the rear and they sent me the rear bumper without the sensor holes. Luckily i have a buddy that owns a hot rod shop. I have been going there for quite some time and he has helped me with my 68' Nova before... Needless to say we drilled and notched the holes last night to make it work. Had to be SUPER careful since the items were shipped straight from Tasca to paint!

The following is the information for the parts i ordered. I would recommend you give the last 8 of your vin to Tasca and have them get your replacement PTM parts that way.

2009 F150 FX4 Grille: 9L3Z8200BPTM-- $210.72

2009 F150 Front bumper: Paintable W/ Fog: 9L3Z17757DPTM--$300.00

Paintable Tow Mirror Caps (Below)
RH: 7L3Z17D742BA-- $35.62
LH: 7L3Z17D743BA-- $35.92

2009 F150 Grill Emblem: 4L3Z1542528AB-- $31.27

Paint was not that bad since i have been restoring a 68' Nova and been going to the same place for all my work.. Getting the bumpers painted, (1) Front and the (2) Piece rear bumper should not be that bad!

I wish I could buy your crome bumps off ya, mine on the rear is all chipped on the outside edges from rocks and I dont even drive on dirt roads. Thought if I switched to crome it wont be such a hassel even though the painted ones look awesome, they are hard to keep looking mint up here in the winter.

They are snap-ons....you need to remove the old ones first.
