Ok installing the alarm right now and first part of instructions are already screwing me up. On the fuse placement chart it doesn't make any sense where they fuses are plugged in. Anyone have a picture of there RMST fuse box? Please help!

This makes absolutley no sense!!! Where the diagram tells me to place 15 amp fuses above the 5 amp there are no connectors in those spots!

to answer your question so everyone else knows, somehow the wrong brain module came with your kit.

I can see on your picture that your brain unit part number is 7L2J-19G367-AA, which is the PC-14 module. You are supposed to have 7L3J-19G367-AA which is the PC-34 module. I replied to your email and I will fix this situation for you.

^he's waiting to get a new kit. That kit had the wrong brain unit so it was sent back for an exchange.

That's crazy. They sent you the brain for a keyless/security system. Not a remote start system. I assume the box must have been opened or did they send you the entire wrong kit? The box from the factory comes with a security tape over it.

the systems came from online Ford dealers, 3 out of 4 were previously opened. nothing was missing except this particular one had the wrong brain unit.

Smokestone,

What an awesome site! Many thanks for posting the link. I've been busy downloading a bunch of files for future use ;-)

Can someone email me the instructions or a different link to the download? It comes up to a search engine when I click the link.

^which system are you trying to install? I likely have the file.

That link doesn't work anymore and Ford doesn't have the installation files on their accessory website anymore. But Code Alarm (who makes the systems for Ford) has them on their technical website, you just have sign up for a username: http://techservices.codesystems.com/
