I love feeling so informed So what part is it that you work near that goes in an FX2, some special sweet thing or like a certain colored trim piece? I feel like FX2s should come equiped with like a "street fighter" package, 23" Saleens and 4.30 gears with maybe a selectable locker for launching.

No offense intended Screwbuilder but the sales manager at my local dealership just called. Said that my FX2 is scheduled for first week of October build at Dearborn assembly.

No offense taken. All I can tell you is what I hear from the launch team and the engineers. We did build 1 FX2 yesterday along with 3 Job 2 trucks. I wouldn't think they would have both truck plants building a limited production model but you never know.

That's good news to me. I don't care where it's built as long as it gets to me ASAP.

Now this Ford rep is telling me that my truck is scheduled for week 41 build. This is week 38 according to him so I guess I'll be waiting a while yet. My order went in July 24 so it's looking like 3 months before I'll see it.

I also got one on order but now it's not gonna matter to me when it comes in. Just bought a fx4 this past Saturday. I'll have to keep myself from looking at them to much once they arrive. Would not be good if I start regretting my decision.

If you can get it I can get you a link to the window sticker, which will have the build week on it.

Patience my friend, patience. I'm just curious as to why did you rush?

I just basically ran out of patience. My 98 broke down (popped a spark plug) and my brother got himself an fx4.
