I am looking to drop my FX4 also. It is an 09 silver and i would love to see some pics.

I have already removed the blocks from the rear leaf springs to level it out now I want to look into some nice summer wheels.

Why would anyone lift a 2wd? Pretty much the same question, really.

Yeah, I wonder if it's the ROR exhaust for an 05-08 (04 being a different kit). Some people would like to know because they are wanting that exhaust for the 09 and up F150 and Roush isn't making one. Maybe Borla has one in the works.

To those that have lowered on a 4x4 -- how has this handled suspension? Do you feel the bumps more? How is the ride affected? Stiffer steering? Loose steering? To those in snow areas, does lowering it affect how well you get through snow?

I'm not sure what this means since this is my first truck.. I like how the ride is now, but I know when I lowered a car that I had previous to this truck, it definitely affected handling (for the better) but bumps were much more noticeable with the lowering.. Can you elaborate on your response? How would I feel it differ 4x4 now to a lowered 4x4?

theres a lot of variables in your question man, but an overall answer to your question, the ride is much better, but since i'm still on stock shocks, the ride is getting bouncier. (side note.....i'm looking at lowering lower control arms and if i get those, i'll just crank up the torsion keys and the ride should be a lot better and firmer with new shocks as well)
