I am in the U.S. so I didn't notice the issue of being unable to change to metric until a few months ago when I was driving in Canada. I have been unable to figure out how to beat he fact that it always goes back to English after trying to set it to metric

Units

I contacted PAC-Audio people and they actually called me a few times telling me that the issue of the unit system was forwarded to Engineering and they will try to figure whats happening, they dont know how long it will take.

Lets hope they come up with a solution.

I got quick question for you guys using the MS-FRD1 module. Did you have factory Sirius and if so did it still work?

In my case it didn't work anymore since the Sirius Module was attached to the Factory Unit, also that interface forced the system to show just English units and I wasn't able to change it back to metric.

When I go into the options in the dashboard and When i select to go back to metric system it goes back to Miles and stuff by itself. I disconnected the ms-frd1 and it worked (I was able to go back to metric system) but as soon as i connected the ms-frd1 again it went back to miles again :S.

Does this happened to any of you guys??? is there anything I can do to fix this?

Here is the link of a picture after the installation.

Hope someone can help me out with this.

Thanks.

Fernando.
Was it difficult to modify the OEM Bezel? How did you cut the opening to size it correctly?

I came across this thread and thought I would share my "truckputer" install of my 2011 F-150 Lariat SCREW. I am a new member so I cannot post pictures. I have a link to another forum where I posted my story and you can see the pictures there. I kept the wood grain and installed a touch screen that looks very factory. Check it out and let me know what you think.
